Description

Jesus: The Desire of Ages is an artistic portrayal of Christ’s passion set against the backdrop of the many lives He touched during his earthly ministry. The film opens with the warmth and hope of the nativity and then quickly transitions to the fearful terror of the crucifixion. Within the framework of the journey to Calvary are interwoven numerous flashback sequences portraying the stories of ten individuals whose lives were forever changed by the power and love of Jesus. Among them are the woman at the well, the two demoniacs, the woman caught in adultery, the girl brought back to life, and the leper. As these individuals witness Jesus’ death, their memories of His mercy bring them to their knees.

Jesus: The Desire of Ages tells the familiar story in a fresh way, through the eyes of those who knew and loved the Son of Man. An inspiring and triumphant music score combined with imaginative visual artistry will grip your heart as you experience the reality of Jesus’ ultimate sacrifice. This film is designed to lead the viewer into an intimate encounter with the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world.
