But what precisely are the issues that divide Catholics and Protestants today and are their areas of agreement? Father John Riccardo of St Anastasia Roman Catholic Church, joins Pastor Steve Andrews, an Evangelical Protestant pastor from neighboring, Kensington Community Church to discuss the contentious issues. The priest and the pastor respectfully examine the similarities and differences between the two great traditions they represent, confronting questions about the nature of salvation, the meaning and efficacy of the sacraments and the Mass, veneration of the Virgin Mary and the saints, among many other important topics.
